About LAWE

My name is Egzona Deskaj, and I am the creator behind LAWE, a series of learning books designed to help children and families connect with the Albanian language.

As a trained primary school teacher with a background in mathematics, physical education, and visual arts, and a master’s degree in Educational Sociology, I combine structure, creativity, and a deep understanding of how children learn.

LAWE was created from a personal passion: to help families preserve their mother tongue. Because language is more than words, it is identity, culture, and connection.

Each book focuses on one topic at a time, making learning calm, simple, and meaningful. Through repetition, play, and everyday activities, children learn naturally while creating moments of connection with their families.

My hope is that these books not only support language learning, but also strengthen the bond between children, their parents, and their cultural roots.
